During the time of teaching and working with the children, he understood the difficulty and suffering of each student, which further motivated him to be determined to maintain the class. The classroom is still difficult, the facilities are poor, many children lack books to study with his support. In particular, there are children who develop slowly, absorb lessons poorly, Vinh still patiently teaches until 2 years before he can write letters. For children with disabilities, learn today, forget the lesson tomorrow, he still works hard, patiently teaches again from the beginning. Left with the normal development then he teaches additional knowledge. Children who study better will be linked to students who are weaker students to make progress together.
