You Owe Us an Apology

Eighty years have passed since the day the Vietnamese people reclaimed our independence, closing a long chapter filled with blood and tears. Today, we live in peace, but the memories of war have never faded.

We remember those who fell on the battlefield, the bodies left abandoned on village roads, the desperate cries that were never answered. We remember the mothers who lost their sons, the wives who lost their husbands, the children who grew up without parents. And we know that much of this suffering did not come from ourselves, but from the nations that brought bombs and the cruelty of war to our land.

We have chosen forgiveness. We have opened our hearts to reconciliation, to cooperation, to building a world beyond hatred. But forgiveness does not mean forgetting. History must be remembered, so the world understands that freedom is never a gift — it is a price paid in blood and sorrow.

That is why we say this, not with anger, but with honesty:
You owe us an apology.

An apology will not bring back the lives that were lost. But an apology is an acknowledgment of truth. It is a balm for wounds that still ache in our collective memory. It is a sign that history is respected and justice is not buried in silence.

The Vietnamese people no longer hold anger. We only hope that you will find the courage to say the simplest yet noblest words:
“We are sorry.”

Those words are not only for us, the people of Vietnam.
They are also for your own conscience.

🌟 Career Orientation & Club Day – A Colorful Start for Grade 10! 🌟

Today, our school welcomed all new Grade 10 students with a special Career Orientation Day, combined with an exciting Club Introduction Fair. The schoolyard was full of energy, smiles, and new beginnings!

During the event, students had a chance to explore different subject groups to help choose the right study path – from Science to Literature, Foreign Languages, and more.

At the same time, school clubs came alive with colorful booths, creative displays, and fun activities. Each club showed its unique spirit and invited students to join and grow together.

🎉 One of the highlights was the English Club booth, which attracted many students with its fun and interactive game:
👉 Lucky Draw Challenge – Pick a task, speak in English, and win a surprise!

From spelling games to singing songs, saying colors – our brave 10th graders completed the tasks with great enthusiasm and lots of laughter. 🍀🎁

📸 The booth was also filled with cute gifts, snacks, and vibrant decorations. A big thank-you to the English Club team for your creativity and energy!

💬 We hope this day helped students feel more confident about their academic choices and more connected to school life.

And we truly hope more English lovers will join us this year, so we can create more fun, meaningful, and useful activities together!
