At the helm of this experience? Two women who know that leadership isn’t just something you learn—it’s something you live.

🌊 Mistral – A lifelong ocean explorer, marine scientist, and leadership consultant, Mistral brings well over a decade of experience in outdoor education, marine science, and professional development. As a USCG Licensed Captain, certified dive and surf instructor, and expert in experiential learning, she believes true leadership is built through experience—outside of comfort zones, in the face of challenges, and in collaboration with others.

🌿 Erin – A catalyst for change, Erin has spent 15 years guiding senior leaders and Fortune 500 teams through transformational growth. A certified Change Management Professional and HeartMath teacher, she blends neuroscience, meditation, and breathwork with leadership training, helping women develop resilience, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to lead with both strength and heart.

They created this experience because they know that leadership isn’t just about titles or skills—it’s about knowing yourself, trusting your voice, and stepping into your impact. This journey is designed to cultivate exactly that.

Come and teach with us as a service learning instructor. Accepting applicants now! You’ll live and learn on a catamaran and have this as your backyard.

The kids that you work with are awesome. Some are super excited to snorkel right away while others are nervous. Either way, our instructors support each student individually and make it the most memorable, fun, and learning filled experience possible.
