The VING State Family Program Office serves as an advocate, liaison and partner with stakeholders to provide resources, training and Deployment Cycle Support to our Service Members, Veterans, their Families and the communities in which they live. * Do not upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.
* Do not advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless National Guard specifically allows such messages.
* Do not falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
* Do not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and participating on the National Guard page.
* Do not violate any code of conduct or other guidelines.
* Do not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses.
* Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
* Do not create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

The FY25 Territorial Annual Volunteer Awards Presentation was an uplifting celebration of the profound impact made by exceptional volunteers, featuring a national anthem and VI March performance that energized the crowd, and a keynote address by Lieutenant Colonel Marsha Harvey that inspired everyone to strive for excellence.
Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to volunteers and presenters in recognition of their dedication. SFC Kareem and SSG Delicia Henley received special recognition for their outstanding contributions as a military spouse.
A heartfelt tribute was paid to Ms. Linda M. Todman, VING State Family Program Director, for her selfless commitment and upcoming retirement, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. The evening concluded with a poignant rendition of "Blessed Assurance" by longtime volunteer Mrs. Julia Joseph-Simon, wishing Ms. Todman a fulfilling retirement.
