When we look through these behind the scene photos, our favorite is the one with our clients- now good friends- happy and in sync with the space created. Our office is open! We are working from home and our Christiansted location will be open during curfew hours! Internet has been challenging- please be patient with our email replies! We will be checking on sites as roads allow us.
We all have a lot of work ahead of us, we need to plan and rebuild our islands's infrastructure better, we need to be more prepare for these storms! It takes a long term plan: can you imagine if an underground utilities project had started after Hurricane Hugo 30 years ago? St Croix would look completely different today, we would only have major cleaning! The fallen poles and power lines is the biggest problem and it makes the recovery longer! It will not take a year or five but if we have a 10 year plan to get underground utilities on our main roads it will make a huge difference to any storm recovery time!

We loved seeing one of our favorite St Croix project & favorite clients Pat & Mark Sellergren host the 2017 Fork & Cork event of St Croix Food & Wine Experience @ Sweet Lime House.

This project was all about outdoor living and entertaining, our base was a historic site with an above-ground old stone cistern; our inspiration great people that have travelled, lived in Bali, love furniture design and were open to take an architectural ride with all our crazy recommendations to create a unique space! Thank you Quiana Adams for the amazing pictures, it is a storytelling journey of the whole event!
