Our stories are travelling. ๐ŸŒฟ

โ€˜Bush Medicine: Stories that Remember the Landโ€™ has been selected for Cinema Club, a free community screening series brought to you by Shine Studio and Film & Folklore Festival, celebrating Caribbean film at Big Black Box in Port of Spain. ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡น

We are grateful to curator Shinelle Ambris for proposing the film and to Film & Folklore Festival for creating spaces where Caribbean stories keep finding new audiences.

Our free 1-on-1 therapy sessions are still available for individuals seeking support, guidance and a safe space to talk.

We are currently at 70% capacity, which means limited spaces for appointments. If you have been considering taking this step for your mental health and well-being, now is a great time to register before the remaining spots are filled.

Whether you're navigating stress, grief, anxiety, life changes or simply need someone to talk to, support is available.

Counselling sessions under this current phase are generously funded by Grenadines Initiative.
