Ms. Lewis was discovered motionless in the Peruvian Vale area on Thursday, July 2, 2026, after police responded to a report requesting assistance.

The Major Crime Unit is continuing its investigation and is appealing directly to members of the public who may possess information that could assist in establishing the circumstances surrounding her death.
