WE’RE LOOKING TO HIRE SALES REPRESENTATIVES

AAC Services is an established business in St.Vincent & the Grenadines as a company that provides the service of Bookkeeping or Bookkeeping training to small and developing businesses throughout St.Vincent, St.Lucia and Grenada, an Agent’s duty will be to provide Worthy Clients for the company. We are interested in small developing businesses such as, Hair Salons, Barbershops, Seamstress or Tailors, Pre-schools/ day cares, Small restaurants and retail stores. There are no qualifications required to be a part of our sales team, however for the next 6 months you will be on an internship where you will be paid based on commission per clients you bring to our business. Remuneration Commission Based at 40% monthly per client sold to Anthony Accounting Services providing Bookkeeping services to a client sold, providing the client stays with Anthony Accounting Services each month you will be paid that commission without the requirement of any other work. All payments will be done through Payswif for Agents in St.Vincent & the Grenadines and for St.Lucia and Grenada via meeting with the Clients. You are required to reach out to two different businesses each day, share your experiences in the Facebook group, report on it each night via a vision board you will have access to through Google drive, and meet with the manager of our company once per week via a video call, and to close one client per month. Besides the commission of 40% there are perks such as give away financial and otherwise. Along with those send us a small no more than 1 min video on why we should buy a pen from you. Scope of Work Meet once per week via video call for reviewing of Goals and our progress towards them. Motivate each other by sharing success stories, what work and didn’t work for you, talk about the challenges you face or questions you may have using Facebook group page. Use Our Vision board to write your actions and gain points for it at the end of each day. Log on to the Facebook group and watch the videos that will be posted each day. Conflict Of Interest Agents are not allowed accept any work in conflict or direct competition with his/her obligations herein for the duration of the 6 months contract.
