Concept
A contemporary take on a Tuscan villa—symmetry, arched openings, and a private courtyard create a calm, family-oriented living environment connected to nature.

Architecture
Two-story volume with a tiled pitched roof, deep-set windows, arched entrance, and wrought-iron balconies emphasizing light and shadow.

Materials
Textured plaster façade, natural stone (travertine, lime-stone) base, ceramic roof tiles, wood or wood-look windows, wrought iron details, wooden garage door.

Color Palette
Warm ochre and terracotta walls, sandy beige stone, dark green shutters, rich brown wood—sunlit, natural tones inspired by Southern Italy.

Landscape
Cypress trees, lavender, Mediterranean planting, and a courtyard fountain enhancing privacy and atmosphere.
