Good afternoon! The boil water notice has been lifted. Go ahead and start using the water normally.

SNOWBIRDS - We are still testing our system and we are keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Sara. Our concern with Sara is the amount of rain we may get. We will give you more guidance on Monday the 18th.

SNOWBIRDS - PLEASE DELAY YOUR ARRIVAL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Our sewer system is not operating at full capacity and will not be able to until all water in the Park has receded. If the sewer meets capacity, we will be forced to SHUT THE WATER OFF. Be considerate of your full-time neighbors and delay your arrival. Thank you!

We know everyone is excited to get back to their winter homes, however, we still need for you to wait. The park still has standing water. The County is still pumping water off of Allen Road and 54. We are not sure whether we are able to handle all the snowbird traffic. Give us some time for the water to go down. Give us some time to get the park cleaned up. We know it's frustrating, but please be patient. It's only October, there's plenty of time for a good season. We will continue to give updates here. Thank you.
