Got some mobile home skirting done today

There was a leak between this house and patio cover due to build up from leaves. Over time the leaves break down turning into dirt/mud and clogs the drains, then you have water accumulation and overflow. There was probably a couple hundred pounds of dirt/mud and leaves built up. A square foot of water 1" deep weighs 5.2 lbs meaning a 15'x30' cover would have about 2500 lbs on it between the water and build up. 2-3" of water would be equal to a ¾ ton diesel truck sitting on top of your porch. This is why they collapse. Don't wait until it's too late to have them cleaned.
