The Climb Yuma

Today is Maternal Mental Health Day! (Late post because work and life happened.) As part of today's event we were invited to go on a short or long walk in honor of all moms 💖My way of representing was trying to park as far away from where I needed to be as possible and using this time to walk.

Did you know that the number 1 complication of childbearing are maternal mental health disorders. We need to continue talking about it, sharing stories, sharing hope, and asking each other how we are doing. How we are REALLY doing. Let's go!

It’s going on now!! Come join us! Parking is a disaster but we’re here!!

Got the snacks, water, some resources, a small karaoke machine aka our dj and sound system, some activities and adding the last details to our goodie bags!! Thank you to everyone at Child and Family Services of Yuma, Inc. for helping with setting up the event and for helping with the goodie bags! 🩷🩷
