What is a Special Enrollment Period? 2025-2026

You have until January 15 to assist consumers who have been auto re-enrolled into Plan Year 2025 coverage with updating their application and reviewing all plan options.
Consumers who were enrolled in the Marketplace for Plan Year 2024 and did not make an active Plan Year 2025 selection by December 18, 2024 were auto re-enrolled in coverage with an effective date of January 1, 2025. This information was visible on EDE websites or the consumer's HealthCare.gov account starting December 19, 2024.

As of January 1, 2025, non-emergency or non-urgent care out of state beyond the counties that border Oklahoma will not be a covered benefit under your plan.
