I wanted to share this story….. got a call from an insured this week saying hey, my son accidentally ran my truck through a building! Our response: “Sorry Mr. Insured! If you remember, you switched to Progressive a while back because they saved you a few bucks by LOWERING YOUR COVERAGE!”

Insured responded… OH, Sh*%!! That’s right!!!
