Refuge has always wanted to encourage participation in the arts. One’s ability to express creativity is crucial. We are excited to be partnering with a group of local film makers to produce a short film based on a Stephen King short story.

The short story is called “Nona” and the short film adaptation is called “October Roses.” Stay tuned to Facebook and other social media for more info.

Each week we challenge you with a verse, quote or phrase to memorize. Memorization gives you tools to combat what life might throw at you.

This week's verse comes from the Bible in the book of Nahum. It reminds us of the promise that God is good and a safe place to run when life gets hard.

This Tuesday is our annual Thanksgiving Dinner at Refuge! Due to COVID-19 we will have limited seating and if necessary we will offer boxed dinners to go.
