**Grid Electric** is growing, and we’re looking for a driven **Assistant General Manager** to help lead our day-to-day operations and support continued expansion across South Central PA.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can **lead people, manage projects, and keep operations running smoothly** in a fast-paced commercial electrical environment.

🔧 **What you’ll be responsible for**
• Assisting with daily operations and scheduling
• Supporting project coordination and field crews
• Communicating with customers and vendors
• Helping manage timelines, budgets, and job progress
• Improving systems and overall efficiency

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in construction, electrical, or service-based business (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working with both office and field teams
