It's election season, and we are seeing a lot of new noise about Child Privacy coming from DC. Child privacy is an easy sound bite topic because nobody is (publicly) against it. We have been through this cycle many times before, and unfortunately the follow through from the FTC on and other initiatives has disappointed. However let's all hope our elected officials do the right thing and actually complete some of these sound bite programs.
