• Educating customers on window tint, PPF, and ceramic coating options
• Helping convert leads into booked jobs
• Supporting day-to-day shop operations

• Positive attitude & strong communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset (this is key)
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• Automotive interest is a plus, but not required
