I have spent over a decade studying the spiritual science of Astrology and several years in meshed in the practice of energy healing. Our eyes are opening to the engrained structures we were raised to embrace, only to discover how detrimental they have been to our souls. Stress, anxiety and depression are at an all-time high. In short, I am an alternative holistic life coach and energy practitioner for the modern-day individual searching for answers. I have combined my formal background in the Biological Sciences with training in Integrative Medicine and Metaphysics, to help you tap into your own innate power - both in body and soul - to help you discover your own greatest potential. I specialize in Reiki energy healing for both people and their pets, professional astrology consultations and Wellness/Life coaching. I am both a Usui Reiki Master/Practitioner and a Certified Medical Reiki Practitioner (CMRP) trained exclusively by internationally renowned Reiki Master Raven Keyes to perform energy healing on patients in surgical and operating rooms. I am a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners, the Animal Reiki Alliance, the National Council for Geocosmic Research, and can be found listed in the CMRP directory of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. When not star-gazing or performing energy healing sessions on people and our furry friends, I enjoy being a kick-ass Mom (and Cat Mom.) I am a lover of fitness and fashion, music and dance, being outdoors and a great cup of coffee! I currently live in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. Discovering our light often requires "diving deep" within ourselves.
