The Archer Drive Municipal Road Extension Project in Guilford Township is a great example of how infrastructure, economic development, funding strategy, and municipal coordination come together to make growth possible.
Warehaus partnered with Guilford Township, WCN Properties, and GMS Funding to help transform a development challenge into a public infrastructure solution.
Our Civil Engineering team provided grant support, roadway design, stormwater management, utility coordination, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction-phase services for approximately 3,000 LF of new public roadway that unlocked access to future development opportunities.
Projects like this highlight the value of early collaboration between municipalities, developers, funding partners, and engineers. From PennDOT Multimodal Transportation Fund grant support through final construction, our team helped navigate the process every step of the way.

Congratulations to Stephen Stone on his promotion to Civil Project Engineer!
Stephen’s dedication, technical expertise, and commitment to professional growth were recently demonstrated through the successful completion of his Professional Engineer (PE) licensure exam in May. This achievement builds upon his existing credentials, which also include certification as a Sewage Enforcement Officer.
