I am so excited to bring the Heroboard to the community and be the first and only studio in South Dakota offering Heroboard classes. I cannot wait for you to try this & learn to love it as I do 🤍

One thing I’ll never be in this industry is complacent. There’s always room to grow, there’s always more to learn, and this weekend I had the opportunity to do both alongside the best of the best.

Bringing to the state of South Dakota—in our little studio—is beyond exciting. We’re no longer just doing what everyone else has done, we’re leading the way with a whole new method. I’m excited to share more soon but more importantly, I can’t wait to get you all on a Heroboard.

A new chapter is coming…

Tomorrow is our LAST day in our current studio 🥹 due to some unforeseen delays, we will be closed for part of next week. Our reformer room will open before our mat room, with mat classes officially beginning on Monday, June 15th. Please have grace with us over the next few weeks as we work to create an amazing space for YOU.

We can’t wait to see you at the new & improved Studio Seven 💛

Right now it’s just construction but soon it’ll be a space full of energy, people, and purpose. A space built on community, consistency, and growth. This is just the beginning.
