Thank you to everyone who came out to support the Merrell family last Saturday at the Fight ALS fundraiser! In a video message Jon made for the event, he said “every dollar you give makes a difference” — and it’s true! Between the silent auction, GoFundMe, cash donations, drinks, and shirts, it all adds up.

Your efforts and generous donations have contributed over 35k to the Merrell Family, and we were just informed today that they’ve raised enough money to order Jon a Freedom Bed!

We would like to thank all of the donors, event organizers, Chainsaw Cat, the bands, Pacific Print & Thread, Trevor Edward Ingalls and everyone who came out to the event!

Our friend Jon Merrell needs your help! In 2024 Jon was diagnosed with ALS, and last year he was forced to retire from his job as an illustrator due to loss of mobility.

This February 21st, we’re teaming up with Chainsaw Cat and other local businesses, artists, family and friends to host a fundraising event to raise money for expenses not covered by insurance, including a new Freedom Bed and other mobility devices.

Please join us in supporting Jon, his wife Lindsey and their daughter Ellie for a day of fun, activities and a silent auction. This is an all ages family friendly event.
