🐾 Tongue Out Tuesday with Forrest! 🐾

Meet Forrest, an 8-month-old Alaskan Malamute/German Shepherd mix weighing 70 pounds.

This big, sweet boy is still learning what the world is all about. After coming to us through Animal Control with other dogs, many things are new and a little overwhelming for him right now.

Forrest has a very gentle nature and a soft, sensitive heart. When he feels safe, he soaks up attention and finds comfort in calm voices and patient handling.

He’s still learning about leash walking and new experiences, so he needs a patient adopter who will go at his pace and help him build confidence step by step.

With time and kindness, Forrest will grow into a loyal, loving companion. 🩵

Weekly Shelter Update

Last week, we welcomed 25 animals into our care and celebrated 40 success stories. While it was a slower week, we're grateful for such a positive turnaround.

Now that the holiday weekend is over, we're hoping for a busy week filled with even more happy endings. We have many new faces waiting to meet their future families, including Anubis.
