Sol Revival

Bittersweet photo! I walked out the doors of my shop downtown for the last time this evening. What a whirlwind of emotions! So so many memories were made in this building. Important and unexpected friendships. I went through so much over the last five years, especially this past year, and this place, and the people downtown were my sanctuary. I’ve spent countless times dancing my ass off in the Babe Cave, alone, after hours, working through grief and frustration. I met some of the most incredible people inside that old building. It served me well, and I hope that you, too, found respite and joy when you were there. I’m not sad that I’ve left, because my dreams are so much bigger than what that building can hold. I have been welcomed into a community of badass women who are building a place for healing, connection, education, classes, and so much more. I’m joining the ladies at Mystic Life, in Xenia. We’ve been working hard on the foundation of this new place, and today I officially moved in as the resident “retail” chick. Among other things to come I’m sure, but I have my experience and knowledge of running a business, and I’m done doing it alone! I will post updates as they come, and I truly hope that you take the time to visit when the time comes that we open the doors! Until then, I’m joyfully closing the doors on this five year adventure, becoming more authentic to myself, and going into this new adventure with a renewed appreciation for true, down to earth, supportive, encouraging and authentic women. I hope down the road you, too, can find your place in this tribe of women!!
