ning/speaker series will commence for both girls, boys & parents.This training and certification along with a number of other programs and experience under my belt will enable me to different topical workshops, all with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and empathy. I will be embarking on community partnerships and hoping to work with humans who want to empower younger humans. Our youth today are full of such promise; however, so many conflicted, consistent, inconsistent messages are thrown their way - it's hard for them to manage emotions, cope with stress & find compassion for themselves - making mistakes is a good thing! Yes. The answer is yes. Question the mainstream messages - yes! Positive body image and body shaming is the first issue Kind Living will tackle by sponsoring the Wyomissing Girl Scout Troop 189 presentation of Embrace: The Documentary. SO FREAKING EXCITED! Please check out Body Image Movement and the incredibly honest and wonderfully true Taryn Brumfitt who brings us on this incredible journey.
