One of our Real estate partners Stephanie Young at Keller Williams, reached out to us at 10:30 this morning with an emergency job for one of her clients.

Before 2 PM this afternoon, our crew got out there, in 100° temperatures, with a quick transformation of the property!

Pro tip of the day! If you are allergic to poison ivy, but you need to pull it? First, wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt. Make sure you are wearing non-porous, or rubber gloves.

While doing all of that, a trick we use is to lather your hands and wrists, or any exposed skin that may come in contact, with Dawn Dish soap. Do not rinse the soap, allow it to soak into your skin.

Poison Ivy releases oils that many times create an allergic reaction on your skin. Dawn dish soap creates a barrier and does not allow the oil to take hold.

When done, immediately, and carefully remove all clothing and wash exposed skin with the same dish soap!

This can drastically reduce the amount of poison ivy you get, or completely eliminate it!
