Important information - Some of you may be aware that Siser is launching a direct sales website. We are obviously devestated by this decision but understand why they need to go this route. With this said, we are preparing to be able to meet or beat their listed prices on everything. There will be absoltuely no reason to need to switch where you order from. We will be making sure our prices are the same or better than their listing and we will ship as fast or faster. And anything we don't have in stock we can always drop ship right away too. So again, we are here just as we always have been and can continue to take care of you!

We put in some extra time tonight at the new warehouse and thus are going to be able to offer same day shipping through NOON (eastern) tomorrow. All orders that ship tomorrow will also have a free gift added. So if you have been waiting to order your HTV for Valentine's and Mardi Gras projects... now is the time!

NOTICE - We are currently closed for Christmas "Break" and are moving to a new warehouse. The website is open so that you may place orders but there is no guarantee they can ship today or tomorow, we are HOPING to be able to resume shipping at least by next week.

Our retail store in Byron Center is also closed this week but will be open on Saturday (11am to 3pm). If you place a local pickup order during the week we will do our best to have it ready for you then.

We do hope to move to a "within 2 business days" policy by January 5th and hopefully back to "within 1 busines day" later in January once everything is better organized at the new warehouse. Thank you!

The majority of this message will only concern our local customers:

Wednesday, November 26th will be the last day for our showroom at our Warehouse on Clyde Park in Wyoming. After that all local pickups and walk-in sales will be done through our second location, TVS Craft Supplies, which is on 84th Street in Byron Center. You will still be able to order from our full inventory online for pickup and if necessary your order will be filled in the warehouse and then taken by truck to the Byron Center location where it will be marked ready and available for pickup. We are also working on having *most* common vinyl products available for walk-in purchase and so that some local pickup orders can be filled faster from the inventory on hand in the store. She also has later hours during the week and is open on Saturdays too!

While this does not directly impact our shipped orders near as much, we will in mid December have slightly longer order processing times (hopefully no more than 2 business days) while we work to move stuff around and consolidate our processes to become more streamlined and efficient and then after the holidays hopefully return to being able to promise orders shipping within 1 business day.
