Hi folks! I'm humbly asking for your vote as Best Acupuncturist in the Montco Happening List. π
I absolutely love being an acupuncturist and working with people so they can feel their best. It is my honor to work with you every day. Being a part of the Happening List helps to spread the word about acupuncture to more people, and to help people to feel confident in the practioners they choose.
If you'd like to vote for me, you can look for "Best Acupuncturist" under the Wellness category in the 2026 Monto Happening List. π I'll share the link in the comments below.
Voting is a two-step process that requires you to retrieve a 4-digit code from your email address. Thank you! π

As the days grow shorter and the temperature becomes colder, nature invites us to turn softly inward. Winter shows us the Wisdom of drawing energy within, to find our inner flame and allow deep restoration. This time of rest allows us to emerge into Spring, newly energized. But, now is the time for rest and reflection.
π Take a few intentional, deep breaths during the busy holiday season
π€ Check in with your inner world throughout the day
π― Light a candle in the dark hours of morning or evening
π¦ Gently open your ears to the sounds around you
π² Keep your energy strong with warm tea and soups, and get cozy in your favorite blankets and scarves
π Journal, if it feels right
πΆββοΈββ‘οΈ Engage is slower activities, like Yin Yoga and walking
π Trust the process of Winter
