Grace.

Like love, we don’t use this word often enough when we discuss leadership.

As leaders of business associates, players on a team, children, or just our social circle of friends, we hold extreme influence. The way we respond to others in all situations is critical. We have discussed perspective and being self-aware. So now what? Learning to practice and exhibit grace - an honest, forgiving, and kind spirit - is key. Strength is honoring the individual and bringing them close even in times of turbulence. We correct the mistake and love (provide grace) the person.
