What’s your barrier….
There’s barriers to everything and everyone. Something always will conflict with your plans. Whether it be kids, work, lack of sleep, lack of motivation.
It’s important to journal this. Write down what YOU want to change or improve in. Whether it be working out 3-4 times a week, or cutting out fried food, prepping meals , etc. Create a column for your barriers and be aware of what could get in the way and be cognizant of this during the journey. This awareness will help you conquer and overcome the barriers.
Start small. Some people wake up and say they want to workout everyday. Make the goal more realistic. Start with 3-4 days of 30-45 mins of exercise and build up.
Let your loved ones and friends know of your goals . MAKE them hold you accountable. Ask them to check in with you. Might feel like nagging but some of us need it.
