Man, it's crazy what the mind can do!

7+ years ago, my life was a total mess, and my mind was all over the place.

I was always nervous and anxious.

I didn't believe in myself.

Depression had me by the throat.

I weighed 240 lbs at just 5'6" 😂

And my confidence? Forget about it.

But you know what? I hustled hard on myself, and now my mind is unbreakable.

I can handle any damn thing life throws at me.

I'm grateful for all the struggles, the backstabbings, and losing it all, 'cause that's what made me tough.

So thank God for the good times and bad times!

And always remember, God gives the toughest battles to his toughest soldiers so glorify him in the middle of a struggle.

You will be happy that it happened!

Always remember to forgive yourself for past mistakes. Those mistakes will be what takes you succees

So stop beating yourself down so bad and move on. You don’t have a time machine so dwellin on the past is useless and a waste of valuable time.

Get up and be better than yesterday, one day at a time and you will experience the compounding effect and in 6 months you’ll be a completely different person.
