The Bancroft Summer Institute includes engaging high school courses and workshops for teens. ☀️ Staff Training Week is officially in the books! ☀️
This week, our incredible summer team spent time preparing for an unforgettable camp season. From safety procedures and emergency preparedness to role modeling, camper engagement, and creating meaningful connections, our counselors have been hard at work getting ready for the summer ahead.
We also took time to experience camp the way our campers will—playing games, participating in activities, building teamwork, and, of course, having plenty of fun along the way! 🎉
Our counselors are excited, energized, and ready to create a summer filled with laughter, friendship, and adventure!
We can’t wait to welcome our Day Camp campers next week and kick off what is sure to be an amazing summer!

My name is Erin Lambert and I am so excited to be a part of summer camp this year! I have always had a passion for working with kids so I am excited to see where this experience takes me.
