To me there is NO WAY around it. Health is WEALTH. I believe in balance. We all fall short, no one is perfect when it comes to dieting. I’m in the business of WELLNESS. Offering an easy and efficient way to get your nutrients. I don’t need a sales pitch. The BODY will tell you it’s time to get right. Question is would you rather be proactive or wait till you have ABSOLUTELY no choice? I know my answer and I’ll always be a reflection of that.

We probably 8-9weeks in and I gotta give credit when credit is due. I was able to attend these games and watch these young Kings compete. The city has some GREAT talent. Doug has created an awesome community of basketball. Not cutting anyone else out in the city but this is the first time I was involved. The kids are RESPECTFUL and they want to play BALL. He takes this serious and I was able to see this on many different occasions. The last game I attended a player fouled out and was upset. This player’s team still won but he was really bothered by being fouled out. Doug seen this and pulled him aside and gave him some game before he left the gym. I look back on my basketball days and peers. What we had to go through. How we grew up on the court. So this here was great to see.
