Lops Brewing

When we asked Max Snyder, career bartender (who you might have seen around Buttonwoods Brewery or night time ) to collab on a Lopstail, we had no idea the cocktail journey we were about to take!

Meet The Silly Goat, a sweet and savory Lopstail inspired by harvest salads seen on many a seasonal menu. This Lopstail is made with our Apple Blossom Trail Hard Cider, sage simple syrup, a goat cheese and kefir infusion, and topped with a blood orange foam and a sprinkle of toasted pecans.

If goats aren't your style (or if you're sticking around for more than one), we will also have a refreshing Mango Hard Seltzer topped with a house made blueberry and lemon sorbet.

We'll be pouring from 4-8pm tonight.
