gh running. This FB Group is where CMRC admins will post announcement and information about real life or virtual club activities. CMRC members should use this group to share information and questions about running, racing, and accomplishments. Rules of this Facebook Group:
1. All members should be considered Friends and treated with mutual respect and kindness.

2. Please keep post inline with the aim of this group. Non-running content may be removed. Please ask if you are not sure if the content you wish to post is running-related.

3. Please do not advertise your business in this group without permission. Only businesses, services, and races who become Official Partners with the CMRC and offer the CMRC sponsorship or discounts will be featured and promoted on this group page.
