at the age of 14 working for his Family (older brothers and uncles). He graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a major in Construction Engineering Technology. He later went on to work for industry leader construction firms (Damon G. Douglas, Sordoni Skanksa,& Etc) as a senior estimator, project manager and on-site project engineer responsible projects ranging from thousands to millions of dollars. After working in the Industry for 15 years, he was ready to go into business on his own. At the heart of Pelcon Construction's success is its unwavering commitment to acting as a full-service builder. By providing complete turn key operations from the ground up - site work, concrete, masonry, all types of rough and finish carpentry, and all types of building construction assemblies. As a young man, Tom was taught that hard work, commitment, integrity and teamwork was the only way to achieve success. Today, these are the values which represent the key beliefs in our businesses.
