Have your drivers been excluded for coverage on your automobile policy due to a review of their Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)?
Step 1: You will be provided a unique username and password for each driver.
Step 2: Several online training modules will be assigned, but the length of the training will not exceed one hour in total per driver. The driver(s) will have two weeks to complete the training.
Step 3: Each driver must login at www.nipgroup.com/risk-control to complete the assigned training.
• “Clicking” the green start button will begin the course. Courses can be paused, continued, and restarted, as needed.
• A computer with internet access must be used to take the training. The pop-up blocker should be turned OFF.
Step 4: The Risk Management Department will automatically receive confirmation when the training is completed or becomes overdue.
Step 5: Once training is completed and confirmed, Underwriting will add the driver to the Automobile Policy. The driver exclusion will stay in force until written confirmation by the Underwriting Department is issued. The Risk Management Department can be contacted at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns regarding the online driver training or NIP Vault.

It is a best practice to develop and keep posted vehicle management guidelines, in case of a flood, windstorm, wildfire, hurricane, or other natural or manmade disaster. Developing an emergency evacuation plan for vehicles well before an event happens can help protect your employees and property.

Thirty-one percent reported an overdose, an arrest, a near-miss, or an injury because of employees’ opioid use.
