Our next Women’s Healing Circle gathers beneath the Full Moon in Cancer, a lunation that illuminates emotional truth, attachment patterns, care, protection, + the places we hold ourselves tight when safety feels uncertain. Full Moons invite culmination, honesty, + release. This is a space to witness what has ripened, soften what feels heavy, + let go of what no longer needs to be carried.

This circle includes guided meditation, astrology woven into the theme of the evening, reflective journaling, group sharing, + gentle platonic intimacy exercises designed to support consent, nervous system regulation, + embodied connection. Everything is invitational. Nothing is forced. Depth unfolds through presence rather than pressure.
