Just had a customer call about replacing the windshield on a 2025 Subaru.

They asked if I could do it mobile.

With newer Subarus requiring 1 dynamic recalibration and 2 static recalibrations, I explained it needed to be done in-shop to ensure everything was done correctly and safely.

It was an insurance job, and they said they’d let me know.

They live in Loveland, so I told them:
“Tell you what — I’ll come pick the vehicle up and bring it back when it’s done so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.”

They asked how much I charge for pickup and delivery.

I said, “Nothing. We go above and beyond for our customers.”

It’s not just about replacing glass.
