It is not your ordinary ranch so to speak. I mean we do have some cows and horses but... as far as the cattle goes they are the most loved cuddle cattle in Missouri. That is right "Cuddle Cattle" our girls started out as bottle babies and at over 2 years old they still love to be loved. You can listed to the exotic sounds of our Peacocks yelling to the hens, an array of interesting chicken breeds.

Is it even goulash if it doesn't accidentally feed a small army? 😂
I made a big ol’ pot of this Midwest classic—because my heart said “comfort food” but my brain forgot it always makes enough for 17 people.
Who else grew up on this stuff? Elbow noodles, ground beef, tomatoes, maybe a little cheese if you’re fancy… it’s not just a meal, it’s a memory.
So… who loves goulash?
And more importantly… who wants some? 🥄💛
