Dataserv Consulting, Inc. partner with Glades Correctional Development Corporation to provide up-to-date technology solutions for the Glades County Sheriff’s Office including but not limited to clientless virtual private network access, security interfaces to other government agencies within the local county, voice and data traffic convergence etc. The initiative will enhance technological capacity of the Glades County Sheriff’s Office while minimizing maintenance and upkeep costs.

Dataserv Consulting, Inc. to install 5 voice over IP telephony facilities in September, 2011. The project will utilize Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cluster and Cisco Unity on the telephony side. Redundant failover MPLS technology will be used to deliver resilient data connection services to the enterprise core. The project will provide a converged extension space for several facilities to centralize call management, public switched telephone network connectivity, voice mail, and call center functionality.
