We recently stopped by Uno Pizzeria & Grill - Wi******er, located inside the beautiful The George Washington Hotel, and one thing is clear, Uno is so much more than just pizza.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly golden and crispy with that irresistible gooey center. The Tuscan Chicken Sandwich was hearty, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. And the chocolate torte with raspberry drizzle was rich, decadent, and absolutely the right move to end the meal.
Executive Chef Erik Moritz brings an impressive culinary background to the kitchen, including 15 years of experience at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and as well as studying at Le Cordon Bleu. That depth of experience shows in the thoughtful preparation, refined presentation, and bold flavors on every plate.
If you haven’t looked beyond the pizza menu yet, this is your sign. Whether it’s Restaurant Week or just your next night out, Uno delivers far more than you might expect. And whatever you do, don’t skip dessert!

We had a fantastic Restaurant Week experience at Island Delights Caribbean Restaurant wi******er va! We recommend the Oxtail and the Jerk Chicken. Both are bold, delicious dishes and the perfect vibe for a day like this.
With weather this good, there’s no better excuse to get out, stroll the Mall, and take advantage of those Restaurant Week meal deals. Go soak it up! 🍽️✨
