No Bake Butterfinger Protein Cheesecake
Ready in minutes, high protein, & delicious!
What you’ll need:
1 vanilla non fat Greek yogurt or 150g (I used Two Good)
17g vanilla protein powder
21g (2 tbsp) whipped cream cheese
7g (1 tbsp) SF butterscotch pudding mix
15g Butterfinger baking bits
How to make:
Combine yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, & pudding powder. Mix completely.
Stir half of your butterfinger bits into the cheesecake, then add the rest to the top.
Can eat immediately, but for best results, refrigerate for an hour first, or put in the freezer for around 10 minutes.
Makes one serving
