We provide free& discreet HIV/Hepatitis C screenings, linkage to care, safer sex supplies, PrEP referrals, & other harm reduction services. Our services include, but are not limited to: Providing free HIV and Hepatitis C Testing, referrals to HIV/AIDS support services, referrals for other STI testing, referral to support services, providing comprehensive harm reduction education, access to naloxone (Narcan), and syringe exchange services.

As we approach July 1, we want to take a moment to thank each of you for being part of this journey. It’s been an honor connecting with our community, building trust, and working together to expand access to HIV/Hep C testing, overdose prevention, safer s*x education, and care across Kentucky.
The Target 4 program will officially conclude on June 30, and this page will be closing. We’re excited to share that this work will continue through a new initiative — the LINK Project — launching July 1. 💙
