A huge thank you to everyone who came out this morning and started the week with us! There is something special about gathering together, getting our miles in, encouraging one another, and reminding ourselves that recovery and wellness happen one step at a time.

We meet every Monday at 6:00 AM at RC3, and everyone is welcome, no matter your pace or experience level. Come join us as we move our bodies, clear our minds, and start the week strong together.
