Rags 2 Riches Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 foster based, all-breed, no kill animal rescue based in Delaware County PA. Most of our animals come from deplorable conditions or neglect and need medical attention and lots of love. Our volunteers show them a life they never knew. A life of love, happiness and treats.
