Adrak Masala Chai!❤️
A perfect tea to enjoy on a cold day. ❄️
Adrak masala chai is delicious and full of awesomeness with great health benefits.
✨Ingredients: Adrak Masala Chai (2)
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1 inch piece grated fresh ginger
1 small stick cinnamon
3 cloves
3 cardamon pods, cracked
3 to 4 tea bags, or 2 to 21/2 tsp loose black tea
sugar to taste
Method:
In a saucepan boil water and add grated ginger, cloves, cinnamon and cracked cardamon . Let it boil 2-3 minutes. Then add milk and tea bags or loose tea. Simmer and let it boil for 10 mins or till the desired color.
Strain and serve hot with sugar according to your taste.

L A M B S H A N K B I R Y A N I ❤️
First time tried making lamb shank biryani and it was delicious. The shanks were melt in a mouth delicacy. However, I will prefer biryani cooked with lamb cubes.🙂
Biryani has always been an eternal embodiment of delicacy and one of the most delicious and flavorful food ever existed. There are a variety of biryani’s and each one will take you to a different world. My favorite is hyderabadi kachchi yakhni biryani. It is believed to have originated in the kitchens of the Nizam of Hyderabad, as a blend of Mughlai and Iranian cuisine.The kachchi dum biryani is prepared with kachcha gosht(raw meat) marinated with spices overnight and then soaked in hung curd (dahi) before cooking. The marinated raw meat is layered in the bottom along with the top layer of fragrant half cooked basmati and cooked "in dum" style either on stove or in oven after sealing the lid well. It requires meticulous planning, attention to time and temperature to avoid over-cooking or under-cooking the meat and rice. If you got it right then this is the best dish in the world.

Schezwan Sauce!👌
Nothing beats a homemade Schezwan sauce. Great for noodles and rice. So good. So spicy!!🌶

Ingredients:
25 Dry Red Chillies
10 Dry Kashmiri Chillies
1 ½ tsp, Minced garlic
1 tsp, Minced ginger
5 tbsp, Sesame oil
2 tbsp, Ketchup
1tbp, Vinegar
1 tbsp, Soya Sauce
1 tsp, Brown Sugar
Salt to taste
Recipe:
· Soak red chillies/Kashmiri Chillies in water for 10 mins.
· Now boil chillies for 20 mins in same water.
· Let them cool and then blend. Add little water as needed to make paste.
· Take a small pan and add 4 to 5 tbsp sesame oil.
· Add minced garlic and ginger and saute for 2 mins.
· Now add the chilli paste and cook for 5 mins.
· Add 1 tbsp Soya sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp Ketchup, 1 tsp brown sugar and salt to taste.
· Let it cook for another 5 mins on low heat or until the oil leaves side.
· Store in glass container and refrigerator. It will be good for upto a month.

1 Qt - Lime sorbet
1 - ginger ale
1 - 7up
4 limes
1 cup concentrated lime juice
Fresh Mint according to your preference.

Blend all the above ingredients together and store in glass beverage containers. Add fresh mint and serve chilled with ice.🍸
