Change is an ever-present part of life. Many of you know, after 25 years in Wilmette, Joe Spera retired, and Al’s Meat Market is being transformed into an exciting, new cocktail bar called “The Mette” . While we are exploring what’s next for R.O.M.E., we wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to our amazing customers who supported us these past 5 summers. We are forever grateful for the community we built together. We would also like to offer our sincere thanks to Joe for giving us an opportunity to share our love of sandwiches with the community.
