NAMI Vermont offers a variety of FREE, confidential, virtual, and in-person options for individuals and families struggling with mental health conditions. Our groups are led by trained volunteers who create a safe, judgment-free space for sharing and healing together.

✅ No registration is required to attend! Join us whenever you can!

In July, our support groups will meet as usual, with the exception of holidays, and they're open to everyone across the state. You don't need to live in the area where the group is based!
