Portuguese muffin topped with house made beef tenderloin, mushrooms, onion, red wine Bourguignon, two poached eggs, hollandaise, and a garlic herb creme fraiche drizzle! Served with your choice of home fries or greens!

Abigail Willis is from Williston, Vermont, where she lives with her family and puppy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Baking & Pastry from Johnson & Wales University. Abby has had a passion for baking since childhood, participating in camps and classes. She grew up eating at Chef’s Corner with her friends and family and is excited to contribute to the team.
